Abbey Veterinary Centre recognise the importance of good dental hygiene in our pets.

Our aim is to promote awareness of the importance of Veterinary Dentistry.Dental disease doesn't just mean smelly breath - it is a whole body disease. Infection can spread to affect the kidneys, heart valves and other areas.
Our surgeries are equipped with state of the art dental facilities, with dental X-ray machines as well as high and low speed burrs, polishers, suction and ultrasonic descalers. This enable us to provide the best quality dental care.

Puppy Party

Puppy parties are an ideal way to socialise your puppy with other people and their dogs.

Once monthly we run a puppy party at our Pelton Fell branch for our clients with new puppies. These puppy parties are an excellent chance for your puppy to socialise with other puppies of a similar age under supervised conditions.

Grooming

Abbey Veterinary Clinic's Grooming Salon is open at our Pelton Fell Branch. Appointments can be made with Louise, our groomer, by phoning 0191 3871881. Louise has over eleven years experience of grooming and hand stripping. She started the Paws grooming salon at Abbey in May 2006 and it has quickly grown.
